1. About Giro

Giro is a mobile application that connects to your Discogs account to help you manage and explore your music collection. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Discogs Account

Giro requires a Discogs account to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discogs credentials. Giro only accesses your Discogs data with your explicit authorization via OAuth.

3. Data We Store

Giro stores the following data on our servers:

• A hashed (anonymized) identifier derived from your Discogs username — we cannot recover your original username from this hash.
• Your AI assistant message usage count for the current billing period.

We do not store your Discogs tokens, your collection data, or any personally identifiable information beyond what is described above.

4. AI Assistant

The AI assistant feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Messages you send to the assistant may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your conversation history on our servers beyond the current session.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or Brazil, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can delete all data associated with your account directly from the app via Settings → Delete My Data. See our FAQ for detailed instructions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
